Mandatory binding arbitration

Class action and jury trial waiver

Pinterest can change Terms at any time
πCan change terms anytimeπ¬ Pinterest can update these Terms whenever they want. For big changes they'll give you notice, but if you keep using Pinterest after changes, you're considered to have agreed β even if you didn't read the update.

Pinterest can assign your contract without consent

Note: Users can delete their accounts anytime through the Help Center, and can adjust content recommendations through Privacy and Data Settings and the Home Feed Tuner. However, the Terms themselves do not explicitly mention rights to access, portability, or object to processing β those may exist under separate privacy policies or applicable law (e.g., GDPR for EEA/UK users) but are not guaranteed in these Terms.
