Automatic renewal

'Lifetime' may be shorter than your life

Withdrawal right lost if you use the service

Suspension during investigation

Liability limited to foreseeable losses
🛡️Limits their liability💬 Calm only covers foreseeable losses, not indirect or unexpected ones. This is a standard, consumer-friendly limitation that keeps liability for death/injury/fraud intact.

Continued use means acceptance of changes

Apple as third-party beneficiary

“Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.”
Note: Users can cancel their account by emailing support and have a 14-day withdrawal right for subscriptions. Data access/portability rights are handled via the separate Privacy Policy, not these Terms. EEA/UK consumers retain statutory rights under applicable law.
